Pig Wrestling 2006

I can't really put in to words how much fun I had pig wrestling this past weekend in Crivitz, WI. All I know is that out of the 6 teams who wrestled from our group, we took the least amount of time to get our 200+ pound pig on top of the barrel, 10.81 seconds. The next best time in our group was 22.6 seconds, so we dominated.

Members of the winning team from our group were myself, Travis Lang, Chris Lang, and Jason Stange. We'll be back next year to defend out title.

Anyway, enjoy the pictures, and hopefully you can get a feel for what the 21st annual World Championship Hog Wrestling event was all about.

Special thanks to the Lang family for their hospitality over the weekend, allowing about 60 people to camp on their land.

-Until next time...

Unfreakin believable!! Congratulations men on a job well done! You guys should be honored in a ceremony of sorts at the county fair. People need to know about this.

I think maybe they should start having pig wrestling at the County Fair! That would be way better than the stupid demolition derby.

Hay naw, don't diss the derby! I likes pigs, but I likes me the derby too. Cars go boom!

The demo derby at the Washington County Fair sucks. The cars don't go boom, which is why it is terrible

Nothin' like a bunch of humans chasing around a frightened, defenseless animal, slamming he/she around, and thinking they are cool because of it. Yee-haw.
